I told you earlier I do my best to live ALL IN all the time, and I am tremendously excited about the new opportunity to evaluate my life and resources, and determine one more time that I am ALL IN for God and the mission He has given us at NewPointe. Well, here’s a P.S.:
I am urging all of you to do that as well because as many of us at NewPointe already know, it is the wisest, happiest, most secure way to live. Those who go ALL IN with God find that it is the best investment they ever make, because God says candidly that He will never allow Himself to be indebted to anyone. He will more than pay you back in various ways for anything you humbly and wholeheartedly do for Him.
In other words, through Jesus Christ, God has gone all in for you. In fact, I would urge you as you read your Bible this week to think of it as God’s message to you. Read it through that lens. How is God showing in this verse that His commitment is over the top, complete, all in for me? You will see how ample and mind-boggling His promises are.
Here’s just a starter:
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
That God is the One who is inviting you to be all in with Him; working together with Him. He says He is willing and able to bless you ABUNDANTLY in response.
In all things—spiritually, physically, emotionally, relationally, financially. ALL things.
At all times—when you feel good and when you don’t. When you are young and when you are old. ALL the time.
So that you have all you need—today, tomorrow, and eternally. ALL you need.
And the purpose is so that you can be generous and all in, too. Just like your heavenly Father. You will abound in every good work.
What an invitation! ALL IN with the God who is ALL IN with me!
I want to encourage you to have a great I’M IN journey by . . .
